Cancellation, Exchange and Return Policy


Cancellation:

If you change your mind about a purchase and want to cancel, please note that only orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. To cancel an order, please send a DM to @pinkzombienails on Instagram, send an email via the Contact page, or message the Pink Zombie #support-chat on Discord.

Once an order has already shipped, it is no longer eligible to be cancelled. Instead, you must wait until you receive your order, and request a refund afterwards.

Return Window:

For general returns (not regarding defective or damaged items), US customers can return items up to 14 business days from the date their order is received for a full refund. International customers can return items up to 30 business days after the date their order is received for a full refund.

Please send a DM to @pinkzombienails on Instagram, send an email via the Contact page, or message the Pink Zombie #support-chat on Discord, and you will be directed from there on how to return your purchase.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unworn, and in their original packaging before a refund can be initiated. Once the order is received, you will be refunded via your original payment method.

Please note that you will be responible for any shipping costs related to your return, but your refund will also reflect the incurred shipping cost. No restocking fees will be charged. 


Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Pink Zombie within 7 business days after receiving your order for a full refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements will only be initiated for unopened damaged items (i.e. the original seal of the packaging remains intact). Please include a video and/or pictures of the damaged item with your request.

Late Deliveries/Failure to Deliver:

If an order arrives more than 5 days after the expected delivery window, you may contact Pink Zombie to request a partial refund of your purchase (25% of the total cost).

If an order arrives more than 14 days after the expected delivery window, you may contact Pink Zombie to request a partial refund (50% of the total cost).

If you do not receive your items within 30 days after the date your order was shipped (45 days for international orders), you may contact Pink Zombie to request either a full refund, or a re-shipment of the purchased items. If your original order arrives after your refund or re-shipment has been completed, you may keep the original items.

Sale/Clearance Items:

Sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged.
